of designs I am experimenting with or might be handles made of an exotic wood not
normally offered in the catalog. Bids are made by email on a first come, first serve
basis. These are usually one of a kind items that may or may not ever be in the catalog.

The Replica Armoury
Plastic blades are made of 1/2" High Density Polyethylene plastic.This is
the same type material used in professional quality cutting boards. It is very
tough, chip and cut resistant, and doesn't spark or chip or chip when used
against aluminum or wood practice weapons. The material has a heavy, realistic
feel.

Now all weapons in the armoury are available with wooden handles. The handles are
made of either oak, walnut. Other woods are available by custom order or
sometimes via the new Showroom feature. Each weapon has its own style for the handle,
but typically they wood is sandwiched over the tang, leaving the plastic showing thru
on the sides, as shown below. Check indivdual weapons for pictures and pricing for the
wood handles. You will also notice that on the sample pictures below that the Klingon
characters for Courage and Honor have been burned into the wood handles. This is a new
custom feature available. Price depends upon the complexity of the design.
